Building this technology a novel (de facto) digital infrastructure is a team sport and requires, as stated above, an ecosystem of different actors. Hilda Digital Infrastructure aim to be a facilitator connecting the strength from many different organisations. As it is in the nature where the very meaning of an ecosystem is that:

Any partner in an ecosystem must find its own benefit from being part of that ecosystem, otherwise they would not be part of it.

So, it has to be in the digital infrastructure ecosystem too, we believe, where all organisations find their own benefit. Hilda Digital Infrastructure is therefore focused on helping each partner find their why, and find a good benefit from joining our journey.

A local ecosystem in the nature is referred to a habitat, likewise it is with Hilda Digital Infrastructure. It is a local edge solution that we referred to as a local habitat. An embodiment of such habitat could be a private instance / broker of Hilda Digital Infrastructure platform in what also commonly is referenced as a edge intelligence node. (see below for different deployment options).

Our ambition is that every deployment / instance of the Hilda’s Digital Infrastructure should form a local habitat where all actors will find their (local) benefit. Meanwhile all of these local habitats will also be possible to connect to a larger global ecosystem. In the nature fish lives in water, and thrives in a local habitat being e.g. a pond, lake or river. However, H2O and water is also forming a global ecosystem using the same pattern and characteristics around our entire globe. With this as an inspiration we too at Hilda believe that a healthy ecosystem in the digital realm have both the elements of a local habitats (edge intelligence node) for e.g. a confined area with small pods, AGVs and people communicating safely, while in the same time these actors are finding benefit from also being part of a large global ecosystem leveraging common (de facto) standards for data sharing, AI and IoT, with common data protocols, json objects and APIs. Failing to do so would risk inventing the wheel themselves that would end up in a local optima, a silo.

But Hilda is a Independent Software Vendor (ISV) a product company, and are in need for an ecosystem of partners to reach the market.

Below is an illustration how we aim to connect the strengths from each partner to serve the customers that has a need for proactive positive actions to cut cost of find new revenue streams in their market and for their use case.

Hilda Digital Infrastructure is focusing on building the core software. All the other business we are happily giving away to our partners who are experts in their respective field. And for this we typically help them increase their margin with 5-10%.

Meet the founders

Hilda Digital Infrastructure is founded by Simon and Tina Moritz.

Tina’s core strength include

  1. Digital Marketing and E-Commerce: Tina has experience in developing and maintaining a WordPress/WooCommerce web shop for her flower delivery service, Blomverket. She also handles marketing through various channels, including Facebook campaigns, Google Ads, newsletters (Mailchimp/Rule), and social media. This demonstrates her competence in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
  2. Marketing Automation: In her role as a System Specialist at Avaus, Tina worked with marketing automation, particularly with Adobe Campaign, to optimize customer experiences and boost sales. Her skills in marketing automation and using tools like Adobe Campaign are valuable competencies in the digital marketing field.
  3. Team Management and Leadership: During her time as a Java Developer & Team Manager at iStone, Tina gained experience in leading and managing teams. Her responsibilities included overseeing the development of e-commerce systems, demonstrating her team management and leadership skills.
  4. Quality Assurance and Testing: In her role at Ericsson, Tina was involved in quality assurance and testing, including developing automated test scripts and coordinating quality assurance activities. This indicates her proficiency in quality assurance, software testing, and using tools like Selenium.

Simon’s core strength include:

  • Professional Experience: Simon has over 16 years of experience at Ericsson, where he currently serves as an IoT Ecosystem Evangelist. He is responsible for driving innovation and growth within Intelligent Transport Systems, including offerings related to Connected Urban Transport, Digital Train and Track, and Fare collection/Mobility as a Service (MaaS).
  • Data Science Background: He transitioned from the technology side into business and ecosystem partnering work and has a background in data science.
  • Entrepreneurship: Simon is the CEO and Founder of Ethereal Ventures AB, a company focused on helping individuals turn their dreams into reality through coaching, networking, and financing. The company’s motto is “#thebestisyettocome.”
  • Academic and Leadership Background: He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Uppsala University and has undergone leadership training. He has also worked in various roles, from telesales to network operation engineering and even tomato cultivation.
  • Passion for Digital Infrastructure: Simon is passionate about creating a new digital infrastructure and using insights from data to drive positive impact and innovation.
  • Skills and Interests: He is interested in topics such as AI, machine learning, big data, knowledge discovery, ecosystems, geo-location, personalization, privacy, and recommender systems.
  • Publications: Simon has several publications related to mobile traffic records, recommender systems, and information disclosure.
